Four new reentry centers, opened by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation and operated by GEO Reentry Services, will host open houses later this month to give community stakeholders the opportunity to tour the facilities, meet staff and learn more about GEO Reentry.
The centers are:

(located at 43423 Division St., Suite 303, Lancaster, CA 93535)
Compton Day Reporting Center on Friday, Oct. 27.
(located at 322 W. Compton Blvd., #101, Compton, CA 90220)
Contra Costa Day Reporting Center on Tuesday, Oct. 24.
(located at 120 Broadway Ave., #4, Richmond, CA 94804)
Solano Day Reporting Center on Wednesday, Oct. 25.
(located at 1525 Webster St., Suite A2, Fairfield, CA 94533)
As detailed previously, CDCR selected GEO Reentry to open seven new, non-residential reentry centers in the state. The department refers parolees to the centers who need assistance with behavior change. Referred participants will report to the center daily for treatment, training and connections to local resources with the goal of reducing the risk of recidivism.
Group meetings at the centers include substance abuse education and treatment; adult basic education; life skills development; cognitive behavioral treatment; parenting; domestic violence prevention; anger management; employment skills building and career development counseling; and relapse prevention aftercare.
